I was referred to Sako and Sarkis motors through a great friend who has known Sako for a long time. I went in with full trust and an open mind. Mechanics and body work make me nervous because I know nothing about cars and have no idea what stuff costs. I just need it fixed or upgraded and would hate to ever be taken advantage of. The process was super easy and streamlined which is also something I look for. I called, spoke to Sako, and set the appt. Went in and met him and we did a walk around my car to point out areas that needed attention. I left, he sent me an email with the information I was looking for, we went back and forth a few times and within a couple days, we locked in for the work to be done. My favorite part of the process were the recommendations Sako made, and how flexible he was with me and my needs. He just got it. Took my car in Monday, was told it would be done on Wednesday. Got the call on Wednesday that the dealer sent the wrong part and he needed one more day. At first I was a bit bummed out but then when I realized the wrong part was actually something we'd use to enhance the look of my 4runner, I was pumped! We even decided to paint the front grille a matte black so that the one day extension was worth it. Went in Thursday afternoon and BAM....my ride looked so damn good and I couldn't be happier. He even detailed my ride! I can't say enough about Sarkis Motors. Definitely switching over and will continue to support and refer to them moving forward. Honest, easy to work with, fair prices, super high quality work.
